AGREEMENT

ABOUT VOLUNTARY COOPERATION

  1. «Fearless Proton», represented by the President Ilya Melnikov, hereinafter referred to as the «Organization», acting on the basis of the Charter, on the one hand, and Volunteers (volunteers) living and working on the territory of «PranaD’Om», on the other hand, collectively referred to as the Parties, have concluded this agreement on providing voluntary gratuitous assistance to the Organization in achieving its statutory goals.
  2. Volunteers provide voluntary gratuitous assistance to the Organization, participate in its development with their work, ideas, experience and energy, and the Organization provides the Volunteers with property and services necessary for the implementation of this activity.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES:

VOLUNTEER RIGHTS

Volunteer (volunteer) has the right:

  1. Receive information about the goals, objectives and content of the voluntary (volunteer) activities carried out by him, as well as information about the organization;
  2. Receive support in the form of providing him with food, equipment, personal protective equipment, premises for temporary use;
  3. Compensation for harm to life and health incurred in the course of his voluntary (volunteer) activities;
  4. Receive information, consulting and methodological support;
  5. Receive encouragement and rewards for voluntary work;
  6. Withdraw from this Agreement by notifying the Organization 3 working days in advance;
  7. Receive a description or recommendations of a review of the activities of the Volunteer,
  8. Arrange for student practice.

VOLUNTEER PLEASE: 

  1. Responsibly, efficiently and on time, perform the tasks of the Organization, at least 30 hours a week;
  2. Keep track of time spent and tasks completed and report regularly on task completion;
  3. In case of failure to provide a report on the time spent and tasks performed, pay for meals and accommodation in accordance with the established rates.
  4. Daily mark your stay on the territory of the Homestead;
  5. Comply with the Rules of residence on the territory of «PranaD’Om», which are an integral part of this Agreement;
  6. Take care of the property of the Organization, prevent its damage, take all necessary measures to preserve it;
  7. Reimburse the cost of the organization’s property damaged through the fault of the Volunteer.
  8. Be briefed on the rules of fire and general safety, as well as all the necessary briefings at the workplace and comply with them;
  9. Participate in weekly general meetings;
  10. Comply with the Regulations and other governing documents of the Organization.

OBLIGATIONS OF THE ORGANIZATION:

  1. Provide the Volunteers with the property and resources necessary for its performance of tasks, create all the necessary conditions for safe and efficient work;
  2. Help the Volunteers in resolving conflicts, provide moral support during his stay in «PranaD’Om»;
  3. Provide Volunteers with beds and bedding;
  4. Provide Volunteers with the opportunity to visit a washing place or a shower (with the exception of specially stipulated cases and public events).

RIGHTS OF THE ORGANIZATION:

The organization has the right:

  1. Exclude the Volunteer from this Agreement without explanation within the first 10 days from the moment the Volunteer joins the agreement.
  2. Require the Volunteer to provide reports on completed tasks;
  3. Demand the completion of tasks within the agreed time;
  4. Process the Volunteer’s personal data, take photos and videos in public areas;
  5. Terminate this agreement unilaterally in case of violation by the Volunteer of the requirements of this agreement, as well as non-performance/improper performance of duties;

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTIES AND RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

  1. The parties are liable within the scope of their obligations in accordance with Portuguese law.
  2. The parties are responsible for the dissemination of information damaging the business reputation, in accordance with the legislation of Portugal.
  3. The party in respect of which information discrediting honor, dignity or business reputation is disseminated, along with the refutation of such information or the publication of its response, has the right to demand compensation for losses and compensation for moral damage caused by the dissemination of such information.
  4. All disputes and disagreements the Parties to the Agreement undertake to resolve through negotiations.
  5. In case of failure to reach an agreement, the dispute is referred to the Council for resolution, which makes a decision based on the common interests of the Parties to the Agreement.
  6. The negotiation procedure for resolving disputes is mandatory.
  7. The dispute may be referred to the court after the Parties take measures for pre-trial settlement after thirty calendar days from the date of completion of the negotiation process.

PROCEDURE FOR ACCESSION AND TERM OF THE AGREEMENT

  2. 2. Accession to this agreement is carried out by signing the accession form in writing, or by putting a mark «Yes» in the checkbox «Are you joining the Voluntary Cooperation Agreement» in the questionnaire
  3. This agreement comes into force from the moment of accession and is valid for 10 days from the date of signing and is extended for the same period by agreement of the parties in the absence of claims.
